Before I discovered meditation, my morning routine was usually very minimal and designed about to get up quick and get out of the house fast. But then I saw on different daily plan of successful people that they start with meditation in the morning I read a few articles about how meditation can have a positive effect on your life and on your day when you do it in the morning.
So, I thought it might be a thing to try out. I started meditating in the morning on the start of 2020 not as a new year’s resolution. I’m now doing it for around one month and it really helped me to get my day started and be clear about what I want to do in this day and what my next goals are.
Meditation just takes 10 minutes in the morning and really helps you to get off your ass and get started. I found more dedication for starting an online business and where I want to go.
My typical morning routine now is to wake up around 8o’clock in the morning take 10 minutes to meditate make coffee and breakfast after that taking a shower. And then I just start working on the PC or laptop or just coming up with new ideas take the time in the morning to get new motivation new ideas learning new stuff. I know I’m blessed that I don’t have to go to a 9 to 5 job. I work from home for one year and I have It easy but you can spend 10 minutes in the morning to.
To summarize that all after I found meditation for myself, I got mor dedicated and motivated for everything I want to do. A plus I noticed is that I am more productive when I know where I wanted to go every day and with my life.
